Header Section #

  • Logo: FORMEPIC branding in the top-left corner

Navigation Tabs #

The dashboard includes five main navigation tabs:

  • Created: View and manage all your created forms (current page)
  • Responses: View all responses across your forms
  • Analytics: Access performance metrics and insights
  • Integrations: Manage third-party integrations
  • Automations: Configure automated workflows

Forms Table #

The table displays your forms with the following columns:

Requirements #

  • Active FORMEPIC account with admin access
  • At least one created form (the dashboard works with empty state too)
  • Modern web browser with JavaScript enabled

Tips and Tricks #

  1. Quick Navigation: Click directly on any form name to jump straight to the form builder
  2. Checkbox Selection: Click the checkbox in the header row to select/deselect all visible forms at once
  3. Status at a Glance: Hover over status badges to see detailed information about conditional settings
  4. Sorting: Click column headers to sort your forms by that attribute
  5. Keyboard Shortcuts: Use Tab to navigate between form names and Enter to open selected forms

Important Notes #

  • The dashboard updates automatically as you create, edit, or delete forms
  • Form counts reflect real-time response submissions
  • Only forms you have permission to access will appear in the dashboard
  • Deleted forms cannot be recovered—use the duplicate feature to create backups of important forms
  • The “Updated” column shows relative time (e.g., “2 hours ago”) to help you quickly identify recently modified forms

Common Issues & Troubleshooting #

Issue: Forms not appearing in the dashboard

  • Solution: Ensure you’re logged in with the correct account. Check if any filters are active that might be hiding your forms.

Issue: Response counts seem incorrect

  • Solution: Refresh the page to update counts. If issues persist, navigate to the Responses tab to verify actual submission numbers.

Issue: Cannot see edit or delete options

  • Solution: Verify you have proper permissions. Only form creators and administrators can edit or delete forms.

Issue: Dashboard loads slowly with many forms

  • Solution: Use the filtering options to narrow down the displayed forms. Consider archiving old forms you no longer actively use.

Issue: “Updated” time doesn’t match your recent changes

  • Solution: Hard refresh the page (Ctrl+F5 on Windows, Cmd+Shift+R on Mac) to clear cache and reload fresh data.
