Powerful Tools to Manage Your Forms Efficiently #
The Created Forms page offers a comprehensive set of actions that give you complete control over your forms, from individual form management to bulk operations. These carefully designed tools streamline your workflow by putting powerful capabilities right at your fingertips—whether you need to edit a single form, duplicate multiple forms at once, share your latest survey, or analyze response data. Every action is designed to save you time and help you work smarter, not harder.
What Actions Can Do for You #
Individual Form Control: Take precise actions on specific forms including editing content, viewing responses, analyzing performance, sharing with audiences, duplicating for reuse, exporting data, and managing form lifecycle—all accessible from the convenient actions menu beside each form.
Bulk Operations Power: When you need to work with multiple forms simultaneously, bulk actions let you select several forms and perform operations across all of them at once, dramatically reducing repetitive tasks and boosting your productivity.
Flexible Workflows: Whether you’re maintaining a single high-stakes form or managing dozens of similar forms across multiple campaigns, these actions adapt to your needs and help you execute tasks quickly and accurately.
Why These Actions Matter #
Time is precious, and FORMEPIC’s action system is built around efficiency. Instead of navigating through multiple screens or repeating the same steps over and over, you can accomplish complex tasks with just a few clicks. The intelligent action menu anticipates your needs, offering the most relevant options based on your current form’s status and your permissions.
The Real-World Impact #
Imagine launching a product campaign with five different feedback forms—with bulk copy, you can create variations in seconds instead of rebuilding each one manually. Need to share survey results with stakeholders? Export to CSV and have professional-ready data files instantly. Managing seasonal forms? Quickly disable forms when campaigns end and re-enable them when needed. These actions transform form management from a tedious chore into a streamlined, professional operation.

Requirements #
- Active FORMEPIC account with appropriate permissions
- At least one created form for individual actions
- Multiple forms for bulk actions
- Form creator or administrator role for edit and delete actions
Tips and Tricks #
- Keyboard Navigation: Use Tab and Enter keys to navigate through forms and open the actions menu quickly
- Quick Edit: Click directly on the form name for fastest access to the editor
- Preview Before Sharing: Use the form builder’s preview feature before using the Share action
- Bulk Duplicate Strategy: Create a master template form, then use bulk copy to generate multiple variations
- Export Regularly: Schedule regular CSV exports for important forms as data backups
- Status Check: Before sharing, verify the form status is set to “Enabled” in the Status column
- Response Count: Check the Responses column before exporting—if it shows 0, there’s nothing to export
Important Notes #
- Deletion is Permanent: Deleted forms and their responses cannot be recovered. Always export data before deleting important forms.
- Copy Creates New Forms: Duplicated forms are completely independent—changes to one don’t affect the other.
- Permissions Apply: You can only perform actions on forms where you have appropriate permissions.
- Export Format: CSV exports use standard formatting compatible with Excel, Google Sheets, and most data analysis tools.
- Analytics Delay: Analytics data may take a few minutes to update after recent form activity.
- Bulk Action Limits: While there’s no hard limit on bulk copy operations, copying hundreds of forms simultaneously may take several minutes.
Common Issues & Troubleshooting #
Issue: Actions menu doesn’t appear or is grayed out
- Solution: Verify you have edit permissions for the form. Contact the form owner if you need access.
Issue: Export generates an empty file
- Solution: Confirm the form has received responses by checking the Responses column. No responses means no data to export.
Issue: Duplicate action seems to create incomplete copies
- Solution: Ensure the original form isn’t currently being edited. Close any active editor sessions and try again.
Issue: Bulk Actions button remains disabled after selecting forms
- Solution: Refresh the page. If the issue persists, try selecting forms individually rather than using “Select All.”
Issue: Cannot find the Share option
- Solution: The Share action may be temporarily unavailable if the form is in draft status. Check the form status and enable it first.
Issue: Delete confirmation dialog doesn’t appear
- Solution: Check if browser pop-up blockers are interfering. Temporarily disable them or add FORMEPIC to your allowed sites.
Issue: CSV export contains garbled text or incorrect formatting
- Solution: Open the CSV file with UTF-8 encoding. In Excel, use “Get Data from Text/CSV” and select UTF-8 encoding instead of double-clicking the file.
