Accessing Survey Settings #

  1. Open your survey in the Builder

Display Settings #

Show Title #

Common Issues & Troubleshooting #

Title or Description Not Appearing #

Verify that “Show Title” or “Show Description” is enabled in Display Settings. Also check that you’ve actually entered content in the title or description fields in the form header section.

Branding Still Showing After Disabling #

Confirm your subscription plan includes branding removal. If you have the appropriate plan, try clearing your browser cache, testing in incognito mode, or republishing your survey.

Survey Still Accepting Responses When Disabled #

Ensure you clicked “Save Survey Status Settings” after changing the status to Disabled. The survey must be published for status changes to take effect on the live version.

Description Text Getting Cut Off #

Check if you’ve exceeded your plan’s description character limit. Consider using shorter, more concise language or upgrading your plan for longer descriptions.

Settings Not Saving #

Check your internet connection during saves. Display settings save automatically, but status settings require explicit saving. If problems persist, try a different browser or device.

Changes Not Visible on Published Survey #

Ensure you’ve republished your survey after making changes. Some settings (like display toggles) take effect immediately, but others may require republishing. Clear your browser cache or test in incognito mode.
