1. Access Your Dashboard: Log in to FORMEPIC and navigate to the main dashboard

Important Notes #

• Automatic scoring works for objective question types (multiple choice, true/false, etc.)—short answer and essay questions require manual review
• Once participants have submitted responses, you cannot change questions or correct answers without invalidating existing scores
• Time limits are enforced even if participants close their browser—the timer continues in the background
• Grade release settings apply to all participants—you cannot release grades to some participants while withholding them from others
• Participants who fail can retake the quiz if attempt restrictions allow, but previous scores are retained in the analytics

Common Issues & Troubleshooting #

Scores calculate incorrectly: Verify that correct answers are properly marked in each question’s settings. Check point values and ensure they total the expected maximum score.

Timer doesn’t start: Ensure time limits are enabled in quiz settings and that you’ve saved the settings after configuration. Clear browser cache if the timer still doesn’t appear.

Participants can’t see their results: Check grade release settings—results may be set to “Manual release” or scheduled for a future date. Change to “Immediate” if you want instant results.

Questions don’t randomize: Enable question randomization in quiz settings under the “Advanced” section. This setting only affects new quiz attempts, not already-started quizzes.

AI generates inappropriate questions: Provide more specific instructions about tone, difficulty, and content focus. Review and edit generated questions before publishing.

Certificate doesn’t generate: Verify that certificate generation is enabled in quiz settings, the passing threshold is configured, and the participant actually achieved a passing score.

Can’t import quiz: Ensure the source URL is publicly accessible and points directly to the quiz, not a login or dashboard page. Some platforms restrict exports—in these cases, manually recreate the quiz.
