Create Professional Forms in Minutes with AI-Powered Tools #

FORMEPIC revolutionizes form creation by combining intelligent AI assistance with flexible building options. Whether you’re collecting customer feedback, processing registrations, or gathering survey data, you can create polished, professional forms without any coding knowledge. The platform adapts to your workflow—describe what you need and let AI build it, start from scratch with our intuitive drag-and-drop interface, or import existing forms from other providers to continue where you left off.

Form Type Creation Options #

FORMEPIC offers three powerful ways to build your forms, each designed for different scenarios and preferences.

Create Using AI #

Transform your ideas into functional forms instantly with AI-powered generation. Simply describe the form you need in natural language—for example, “Create a customer satisfaction survey with rating scales and comment boxes”—and watch as FORMEPIC generates a complete form tailored to your requirements.

You can also generate forms from existing content:

  • From URL: Paste a link to any webpage, and FORMEPIC will analyze the content to create a relevant form
  • From Document: Upload documents (PDF, Word, Excel, etc.), and the AI will extract key information to build an appropriate form structure

The AI understands context and automatically selects appropriate field types, validation rules, and logical flow, saving you hours of manual configuration.

Create from Scratch #

For those who prefer hands-on control, our drag-and-drop builder lets you craft forms exactly as you envision them. Start with a blank canvas and add fields from our comprehensive palette, including text inputs, multiple choice questions, file uploads, payment fields, and more. Arrange elements with simple drag gestures, customize styling to match your brand, and configure advanced features like conditional logic and calculations as you build.

Import Existing #

Already have forms on other platforms? FORMEPIC makes migration seamless. Import forms from popular form providers by simply pasting the form URL. The platform automatically converts field types, preserves your form structure, and maintains logic rules, allowing you to switch to FORMEPIC without rebuilding everything from scratch.

  2. Initiate Creation: Click the “New Form” button in the top-right corner or the “Create” button on the dashboard

Key Features #

AI Form Generation: Describe your requirements in plain language and receive a complete, functional form in seconds. The AI suggests optimal field types, arranges elements logically, and even configures validation rules based on your description.

Drag-and-Drop Builder: Intuitive visual interface with real-time preview. Simply drag field types from the palette and drop them onto your form canvas, then customize properties in the settings panel.

Import from Providers: Migrate forms from other platforms without manual recreation. Paste a URL from supported providers, and FORMEPIC automatically converts and imports your form structure.

Extensive Field Library: Access 20+ field types including text inputs, dropdowns, checkboxes, date pickers, file uploads, signatures, payment processing, and more, such as rating scales, matrix questions, and calculated fields.

Conditional Logic: Show or hide fields based on user responses, creating dynamic forms that adapt to each respondent’s answers and provide personalized experiences.

Custom Branding: Upload your logo, customize colors, fonts, and styling to ensure your forms reflect your brand identity perfectly.

Multi-Page Forms: Break long forms into multiple pages to improve completion rates and user experience, with progress indicators and navigation controls.

Response Management: View, filter, export, and analyze form submissions in real-time with built-in analytics and reporting tools.

Tips and Tricks #

  • Start with AI for Complex Forms: If you’re creating a detailed form with many fields, let AI generate the initial structure, then refine it manually. This approach combines speed with precision.
  • Use Templates as Starting Points: Browse the template library for forms similar to what you need, then customize them to save time.
  • Test Conditional Logic Thoroughly: After setting up conditional rules, preview your form and test all possible paths to ensure logic works as intended.
  • Optimize for Mobile: Use the mobile preview to ensure your form looks great and functions smoothly on smartphones and tablets.
  • Enable Auto-Save: Turn on auto-save in form settings to prevent data loss if respondents accidentally close their browser.

Important Notes #

  • Forms created with AI can always be edited manually—you’re never locked into the generated structure
  • When importing from other providers, test your form thoroughly as some advanced features may require reconfiguration
  • Free accounts have limits on monthly responses and active forms; consider upgrading if you’re building multiple forms or expecting high traffic
  • Published forms can be unpublished or edited at any time without losing existing responses
  • Changes to published forms are reflected immediately—respondents will see the updated version

Common Issues & Troubleshooting #

AI doesn’t generate the expected form: Be more specific in your description. Instead of “customer form,” try “customer onboarding form with name, email, company, and role fields plus a terms and conditions checkbox.”

Import fails or produces errors: Ensure the URL is publicly accessible and points directly to the form, not a login page or dashboard. Some providers may restrict imports—in these cases, manually recreate the form using the drag-and-drop builder.

Fields don’t appear in the correct order: In the builder, drag fields to reorder them. You can also use the outline view in the settings panel to restructure your form hierarchy.

Form looks different after publishing: Use the preview function before publishing to ensure styling matches your expectations. Browser extensions or ad blockers can sometimes interfere with form display.

Can’t find a specific field type: Check the “Advanced Fields” section in the field palette. Some specialized fields like signature capture, payment processing, and calculations are located there.
