Common Issues & Troubleshooting #

AI doesn’t generate the expected form: Be more specific in your description. Instead of “customer form,” try “customer onboarding form with name, email, company, and role fields plus a terms and conditions checkbox.”

Import fails or produces errors: Ensure the URL is publicly accessible and points directly to the form, not a login page or dashboard. Some providers may restrict imports—in these cases, manually recreate the form using the drag-and-drop builder.

Fields don’t appear in the correct order: In the builder, drag fields to reorder them. You can also use the outline view in the settings panel to restructure your form hierarchy.
